Surrounded by an olive grove and nature, you can enjoy stunning views over the entire Kouremenos Bay — from the sleepy fishing harbor to the speeding windsurfers, all the way to the impressive Kastri plateau. The sandy and pebble beach is only 90 meters away, and tavernas and beach bars are within walking distance.

Nestled in an Olive Grove, Right by the Sea

We were incredibly lucky to acquire this spacious and ideally located property. After completing the houses, we’re delighted to welcome our friends and acquaintances to enjoy our little paradise.

The Houses

Our two houses, Alpha and Beta, were designed and built by us. They include everything we imagine for a perfect holiday.

The Area

We respect the natural environment here: lots of sun, little water, and plenty of wind. That’s why there is no pool or lawn. Instead, 10 kW of solar panels provide green energy, and native herbs and plants flourish around the houses.

If You Crave a Bit More Activity…

The nearest village, Palekastro (2 km), offers tavernas, bars, small supermarkets, souvenir shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, and bike and e-bike rentals.

Excursions and Adventures

There’s plenty to explore nearby: archaeological sites in Roussolakos, Itanos, and Kato Zakros, mountain biking tours, hikes through gorges, or trips to Richtis Waterfall. Cultural and natural highlights include Toplou Monastery, the famous palm beach of Vai, the turquoise southern coast of Xerokambos, and the lively town of Sitia.
